<p>Some folks stay stuck in one place because they watch the same movie over &amp; over, or listen to the same set of music repeatedly. &nbsp;They don't like new movies, they cause anxiety now because their comfort zone is years ago where they keep their mind.</p>
<p>Sometimes a trauma causes the same effect, keeping us little children afraid to grow up. Worried the adults will censure or punish us.</p>
