Dear new Steemians, I started the adventure two days ago but did a lot of research in order to enter the Steemit world succesfully . My introductory post got a lot of traction and it ended up the most upvoted post of that day with more than 1 100 upvotes. Don't believe me, check it out :

So how did I get there?

# 1- Quality Content

This seems obvious but if you provide low quality content, your income will be clearly affected. There are more and more Steemians everyday and you cannot live only from the bots, so it's important to get people interested in your posts. Show us who you are, what you like, where you want to go!

# 2- Discord
<br/>
Discord is your way to connect directly with other Steemians and to get to know them. It takes about a minute to register, and by browsing Steemit, you will find the channels that fit what you like. You'll find lots of kind people who will help you along the way. But they are humans too, if you just get to the chat, send your latest post and ask for upvotes... nah, not gonna work! Engage with people,  talk with them, be a part of the community.

You can also start getting to know people on the Steemit Chat, on the comment section or on other social medias.

# 3- Steemfollower

Finally, to increase your reputation and number of upvotes, use <a href="https://steemfollower.com/?r=587
">Steemfollower</a>. It will allow you to to get a 5x return after upvoting other users of the service.

# 4- Bots

Bots are a real part of the Steemian ecosystem, don't forget to use them! minnowsupport is free to use on the discord channel, but for bigger return look at @randowhale, @lovejuice or @minnowbooster. Simply send Steem Dollars to the bot of your choice with your link in memo, and it will upvote you according to the money you sent. @minnowbooster will consistently bring you more money than you sent (check the Voting Power before though), while some others can bring you deficit or a much bigger income.
