Apparently I cannot upload anything new for a while while my Steem power recharges, or something. I have no  idea of what that means, except that if I also delve into cryptocurrency I can remove this cap. Were I able to use paypal to simply one-time it I'd probably drop a hundred bucks on this problem, back my files up, and then proceed as planned with simply uploading my normal 2-4 daily videos in 480 to this site,  so if any of my fans can help alleviate this issue, I'd be extremely grateful, then I can continue with backing content up before proceeding with using Dtube/Steemit the way I do Youtube or Bitchute- a triple presence.
