How To Do Pull-ups With almost Perfect technique
One of the most common but underestimated workout is pull-up. Beginners find it hard to do pull-ups and the reason is lack of proper technique. If you are beginner you will surely able to do more pull-ups or if you are not performing them you will be able to perform pull-ups after reading this post.

&nbsp;Beginners make mistake that they do not engage their back more actively while performing the exercise.  Try to adjust the distance between bar and your feet if your height does not allow you grab the bar without jumping than place something below your feet.  There are two ways to perform either with straight legs or by bending your legs. Latter method is hard one so as beginner try to perform it with straight legs. Another mistake that can ruin your whole exercise is the jump before  performing pull -up.If you jump every time before doing each pull-up than you are just pushing the ground down you are not pulling your body up.

&nbsp;Try to do warm up by just holding the bar for sometime and than repeating the process for two to three times in this way you will activate your muscles involve in pulling you up. Actively grabbing the bar before doing pull up is also helpful. Actively means by involving your back muscle.
