Today is the end of a long struggle for three months of struggle to navigate the ocean of the prospective headmaster in East Aceh. **** <hr> Three months already pogram ini @ suhaimiaceh follow and today is the final day of determination of the final value of this pogram, the presentation of materials "ON THE JOB LEARNING" which has @ suhaimiaceh stacking into a complete material to be presented. Dear steemians ... The presentation was guided directly by the Master Trainers from LPPKS Solo and LPMP Provinces, this result will be recommended to the East Aceh District Education Office to be a proper study or not to be appointed as a definitive headmaster in East Aceh working area. A total of sixty junior high school participants from the selection 3 months ago followed this activity. The presentation is divided into four classes divided by 15 people each. @suhaimiaceh is in class B which is guided by master trainer from Solo that is Drs. Ratiman, M. M. **** <hr> **** <hr> **** <hr> **** <hr> This tireless struggle is very valuable for @suhaimiaceh, because from the results of this debriefing adds more knowledge for me personally, especially the science of leadership, direct practice to apprenticeship 1 and apprentices 2 provide additional science examples for me as a participant. **** <hr> Closing activities On The Job Learning is closed directly by the Head of Education and Culture of East Aceh Drs. Abdul Munir, M. AP. In amanahnya he said "use the knowledge that has been given by the master trainer to the maximum when you return to school run the wheel of education as usual". Hopefully with this debriefing, @suhaimiaceh and others are better able to run a moral and moral responsibility for the school that today @ suhaimiaceh leads. Dear steemians ... Hari ini adalah akhir dari sebuah perjuangan panjang selama tiga bulan peejuangan mengarungi lautan proses pembekalan calon kepala sekolah diwilayah kerja Aceh Timur. **** <hr> Tiga bulan sudah pogram ini @suhaimiaceh ikuti dan hari ini merupakan hari final penentuan nilai akhir pogram ini, yaitu presentasi bahan " ON THE JOB LEARNING " yang sudah @suhaimiaceh susun menjadi sebuah bahan lengkap untuk dipresentasikan. Dear steemians... Presentasi ini dipandu langsung oleh Master Trainer dari LPPKS Solo dan LPMP Provinsi, hasil ini nantinya akan direkomendasikan kepada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Timur untuk dijadikan sebuah kajian layak tidaknya peserta untuk diangkat menjadi seorang kepala sekolah definitif diwilayah kerja Aceh Timur. Sejumlah enam puluh peserta tingkat SMP hasil seleksi 3 bulan yang lalu mengikuti kegiatan ini. Presentasi ini dibagi menjadi empat kelas yang masing dibagi dengan jumlah 15 orang. @suhaimiaceh berada di kelas B yang di pandu oleh master trainer asal Solo yaitu Drs. Ratiman,M. M. **** <hr> **** <hr> **** <hr> **** <hr> Perjuangan tanpa kenal lelah ini sangatlah berharga bagi @suhaimiaceh, karena dari hasil pembekalan ini semakin menambah ilmu bagi saya secara pribadi, terutama ilmu kepemimpinan, praktek langsung ke sekolah magang 1 dan magang 2 memberikan contoh ilmu tambahan bagi saya sebagai seorang peserta. **** <hr> Penutupan kegiatan On The Job Learning ini ditutup langsung oleh Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Aceh Timur Drs. Abdul Munir, M. AP. Dalam amanahnya beliau mengatakan "pergunakanlah ilmu yang sudah diberikan oleh master trainer secara maksimal disaat anda kembali ke sekolah menjalankan roda pendidikan seperti biasa". Semoga dengan pembekalan ini, @suhaimiaceh dan lainnya lebih mampu menjalankan sebuah tanggung jawab baik secara moral maupun moril bagi sekolah yang hari ini @suhaimiaceh pimpin. Dear steemians... Mungkin inilah sedikit cerita tentang akhir dari sebuah cerita menarik lelahnya menempuh sebuah pendidikan demi peningkatan kinerja kedepan.
