Here is a 2min exposure of a small lake with watersky jumps in the distance. 
Shot on a really cloudy day with a cheap ND1000 filter; Pentax K-30. I took four 30s exposures and combined them in Photoshop  (align and mean stack).
I gave more contrast to the picture( the sky the most), lost the distant powerlines, added more color, lost the purplish hue, made some spots more bright and a bunch of small corrections. 

I used mainly Lightroom with Google Nik Collection: https://www.google.com/nikcollection/
Photoshop for stacking and added sharpness (blur+high pass).
