<center>Hello everyone, it's good to be back! I was offline for a while, to spend some time with my family. Thank you all for your love and prayers. My son recovered from the viral infection. It's tough to see your child unwell. But thank God, his energy is back and doing great. Summer vacation is over, school starts after a week. Rimbie is sad to leave his grandma and her cats. But he is looking forward to spend Christmas with his grandma this year.

<center>Every Spring, Mamo would plant different kind of vegetables in her garden. These onions are good for making fresh shopska salad and for cooking. She has all the ingredients, just go outside and pull onion leaves and there you go, organic onions. This year there were so many onions, she harvested some and tied them together. Onions should be stored in a cool dry place.</center>
