Steemph.cebu discord bot is in  **Teenvestors Cebu (Road to Financial Freedom Channel)**. This bot act as an upvote bot with a trigger of `$` and can be used by approved member in that particular channel once in every 12 hours.

  - The bot will upvote and comment (with @steemph.cebu's account) user's post with the command `$upvote <steemit url>`.
  - User can only get upvote every 12 hours.
  - The bot only works in a restricted channel.
