The king ordered this devil to be thrown into fire. He then asked  another devil to go to challenge the priest for a race. 
The priest had hardly walked a few steps when the second devil appeared before him. "The hold coins are not yet yours," he shouted, "if you win a race with me, you can keep the sack."
Just then, the priest spotted a hare hiding in the bush. He said, "you are too week for me. If you are able to catch my weak son in race, you can take back gold."
