I am writing an entire publication to add more context to this video. I will publish that later today. The above video is an interesting video altogether. Though disorganized, it contains the thoughts of a ‘legitimate illiterate’ on the current state of steem and ‘where we can take it to from here’. (Please note that this video very much applies to Hive)

It is essential first to know where steem is at but even after some 4 years of its existence, do we know where steem/hive currently is? Have we explored what we have so far of steem/hive? Do we know what we currently have on steem/hive? And I say no.
Note that I am a legitimate illiterate. Perhaps it is time to re-take a closer look at steem/hive as we have it today.

I will discuss this more elaborately in a follow-up post. It is a very interesting subject to discuss because among other things, it affects ‘blockchain technology’ as a whole.
