Hello my lovely fellow Hivians and dCity-players!

In this series of posts I would like to talk about a potentially important part of my income strategy here on HIVE: Building a dCity that generates a passive income.

I has been a good week boosting my SIM holdings way over 10k. Great little milestone again! 
Still no young cititzen that turned, but should be happen soon (I guess?) 2941097 is my lowest mint, that should transform first. Are there any tools to check how how much more time it will take? Possibilities to accelerate it? Would be nice to read about your ideas and aproaches in the comment section below.
