Why? Because of it's brilliantly silly humor. Sure it can get cheesy at times, but when was that ever a bad thing when you've got such an awesome cast?</p> <p><br></p> <p>First, there's the main character:</p> <p> <img src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-RWFEnG9qrl0/WRsGF4O9_sI/AAAAAAAAY58/a0-Fv8F7Xd4cNibqjnZUljvaBYtc3soPQCLcB/s320/tumblr_mkc53x4HI81rkq2o2o1_1280.jpg" width="213" height="320"/><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Chuck Bartowski</strong></p> <p>A regular computer tech guy who got kicked out of Stanford and found himself working at the Buy More (get it?) in the Nerd Herd division (now do you get it? Just hilarious!).</p> <p>Then out of nowhere he finds himself with a computer (the intersect) in his brain and working for the CIA. So what's next? He, of course, gets himself assigned a super hot handler:</p> <p><br></p> <p><img src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2GSlsaNoIXQ/WRsIQ-eASSI/AAAAAAAAY6M/bMLHawrPYggTcPVWGOxFAvFW6KzaiD-1gCLcB/s320/Sarah-Walker-Chuck.jpg" width="240" height="320"/></p> <p><strong>Sara Walker</strong></p> <p>She settles in as the sole worker of a hot dog shop across the street from the Buy More that doubles as a CIA/NSA base. Underneath the shop they have everything they need for some crime fighting shenanigans. While Chuck is completely smitten by Sara (and why wouldn't he be?), Sara is all business.</p> <p>But Chuck, the most important asset to the United States government, couldn't just have one handler!</p> <p><br></p> <p><img src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Y5BHuyvymA8/WRsFYtZz9EI/AAAAAAAAY5k/CrvWUOWrAacqO67Nvx86vLtI-PJxi4mrwCLcB/s320/adam-baldwin-as-john-casey.jpg" width="214" height="320"/></p> <p><strong>Meet John Casey</strong></p> <p>He's your run of the mill NSA agent who was sent to join Walker in making sure the asset is protected. He's definitely all business, but he has a soft side. He is hilarious! Annoys the crap out of John Casey (but then again who wouldn't?), which I think Casey secretly likes. They eventually become good friends, of a sort. Morgan has been best friends with Chuck since...well, forever and has no idea about Chuck's capabilities, of course.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Chuck was instructed not to tell anyone about the intersect, including his family:</strong></p> <p><img src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F--tSWiMrk8/WRsICXYxq8I/AAAAAAAAY6I/wS_kOX5oeoIfIWswc22lAYUBfXaNxECWQCLcB/s400/2573_elliawesome.jpg" width="400" height="266"/></p> <p><strong>Meet the Awesomes!</strong></p> <p>Dr. Eleanor "Ellie" Bartowski (left) is Chuck's older sister and is married to Dr. Devon "Captain Awesome" Woodcomb (right). Chuck lives in their two bedroom apartment which makes me wonder how he could've kept his secret life from them for so long? Guess you'll have to watch the show then, huh?</p> <p>Anyway, back to the Awesomes.</p> <p><img src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jZa513Jqbrw/WRsFY5AICEI/AAAAAAAAY5w/aFFHA-edFLUDcpD3btrroNxKgUVEOJl1QCLcB/s320/content_pic.jpg" width="240" height="320"/></p> <p>I have to say that Dr. Ellie definitely deserves the nickname "Awesome" as well. She's a doctor, she's a loving sister who, after both their parents ran off and disappeared, basically raised Chuck on her own, and is so beautiful! Additionally, she is up there with Chuck in the smarts department. Did I mention she's a Neurologist?</p> <p><img src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ErzuwYUa5qs/WRsFY0gi0kI/AAAAAAAAY50/plxzldpf6jIeqjE2mcKtkBdKb28_SMrQQCLcB/s320/ryan-mcpartlinchuck4x13-07.jpg" width="320" height="285"/></p> <p>Oh, the many endless life lessons we can learn from Captain Awesome. Drink protein shakes in the morning, always find a way to be in active wear, and there's never a bad time to be shirtless and do pull-ups. Devon is a Cardiologist who is one of the first characters to find out about Chuck and boy do you not want to miss that episode!</p> <p>Together, Dr. Ellie Bartowski and Dr. Devin Woodcomb are a match made in heaven if you ask me.</p> <p><strong>Oh, and then there's these guys:</strong></p> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/lErkYdnr_50" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <p><br></p> <p>So what would a woodchuck chuck?
