Hi dear Steemians, I think this is first community documentary in Steemit. Before to talk about documentary, I want to introduce @tach. Because to understanding a community act is really important for the future of Steemit on down of SMTs. So, what did Turkish community and @tach in last year?

Well, @tach and Turkish community always aim to grow in universities. Because we think universities is the best places for find creative content producers. Most students have different skills in different departman. So, we want to make them part of our community and Steemit. So, we did a few event in universities in 2017 and we will do more in this year. You can read [@tach in the University Project](https://steemit.com/tr/@tach/tach-in-the-university-project) and [@tach's Software Workshops](https://steemit.com/tr/@tach/tach-s-software-workshops-week-1) contents.

But sometimes you need to go streets and make a guerrilla marketing for your community. So, we introduced Steemit in the streets in three different cities. It was a really nice experience to work with members from different cities. Because basicly we did an experimental -guerilla marketing project for 3 cities of Turkey. We want to introduced Steemit in the streets because of psychology of realism. People are more confident and interested in ads they meet in real life than virtual ads. So, we put this poster in specific locations, popular places for Y and Z generation. Because they were our target group. You can read more info about our experimental marketing project in this post : [Turkey in the Streets Project](https://steemit.com/steemit/@tach/first-tach-project-turkey-in-the-streets).

So, @tach trying to create semi-autonomous local city groups among the universities and help them grow and Turkish community is working for this commen goal. In this way we aim to create a network of rapid interaction among university students and to produce projects supported by Steemit. In other word, we are trying to create a decentralized city communities network. We talk about it in @tach's [Mission Statement](https://steemit.com/tr/@tach/mission-statement-of-tach) post. With this management style, we can make good city events in each cities. I think [Steemit's Street Animal Project](https://steemit.com/tr/@tach/steemit-street-animal-project) and [Creating Awareness for Street Animals](https://steemit.com/steemit/@ifog/qyt4olz3) are the best examples for this. In our [2018 Roadmap](https://steemit.com/tr/@tach/tach-s-2018-roadmap-and-steemit-turkey) post we said this. So, that what we did and what we want to do but let's stop right there and watch **First Steemit Community Documentary**!

I hope this community documentary will be good for Turkish community and other local communities. Because Steemit is the best opportunity for local communities. We can make great project with using exchange rate. I want to say thanks for @vitruvianman for all helps. This community documentary founded via Steemit and supported by @sndbox. Thank you @hansikhouse and @voronoi!
