It's a vegan variant of a nice and easy apple dessert that tastes perfectly with any drinks. To tell you the truth, I amn't a fan of doiing dough and moreover of rolling it out. Rather often I fail so I don't like it;) But some days ago I had a great wish to cook an apple pie. The recipe wasn't complicated, so I tried. https://sun9-75.userapi.com/impg/OipFKgM8zsxyRt1cD6zkDzavURDs_V8RBxEEhg/uPnjHTHLYcg.jpg?size=2560x1181&quality=95&sign=f3b439d323231e9d7d4e1f8a6a8c2eb7&type=album I took: - some apples and plums - 200g of flour (oatmeal + whole wheat one) - 100g of avocado oil https://sun9-43.userapi.com/impg/fSkCV1i2DXaIuxlVjqz63zGTDTlOOUquwZrtfg/ZCsd0_frEIk.jpg?size=996x2160&quality=95&sign=e681a554310f114c90dc79e0746cc8e5&type=album - 100g of WARM plant milk (or water can be used) - some sweetner (brown sugar or coconut sugar) - some baking soda - vanilla https://sun9-9.userapi.com/impg/V9Rf1jLXxoSFJZ9y-PGDUX8t12G_Y3b2LeP8fw/QWLGNnkU_HU.jpg?size=996x2160&quality=95&sign=bb6731353588287029f109d984ff5f7c&type=album I mixed them all and made dough. It was very soft and warm. Then I put it into the fridge for 30 min. https://sun9-13.userapi.com/impg/MX0n8ibrsb30n6sE4PoWiudvDMpN7x9WJdYXGg/vrMMxguc6nw.jpg?size=2560x1181&quality=95&sign=7ffb95023a32aacb39473fe2914ac353&type=album Then the magic with rolling it out began. https://sun9-60.userapi.com/impg/Akj3LJ1WqXkAVzGwwxfEO-L7hOtyYSWVTJ_Baw/gC0uPHq-fC4.jpg?size=996x2160&quality=95&sign=9ca620081b507836705bd8c68288f2f6&type=album We need to create not very thin and not very thick layer to keep apples inside. https://sun9-48.userapi.com/impg/vUJqCQm5cw8tcYj7s_simKkJUXDlUYvCDNExsw/77apVrWWCE4.jpg?size=996x2160&quality=95&sign=5dbcf485a8cd835e921fe5c00120fac6&type=album The form can be different.
