The family of Afghan citizens Hussainhell,  parents and four children, has been  trying to file a temporary asylum application in Russia since 2017, but - no results.
Why - it's a long story, and it is out of our topic.


The family asked for help in a very popular public organisation. Their kids didn't go to school because of this immigration question troubles - the visa was over.
They sent a request for assistance to the district education department .

On the 18th of February, 2019 the parents were called and asked to come to the definite address to solve their problem. They were so happy! They hoped it was a call from that education department, and their kids would get knowledge at schools again. But...they didn't know thta it was the address of district migration control.

The parents took all kids and came there. And kids were taken away at once...

The result - 2 administrative protocols for illegal stay in Russia, providing for administrative expulsion from Russia.
Parents were sent to a temporary prison.
Kids weret taken away without any explanations. Parents saw the attitude to kids - like to neglected, like to low sort people or just garbage...

The mother was so shocked that she felt bad at once, and she had to be sent to a hospital.
The father was locked in the prison.
He was free only in a week.
He rushed to the hospital for kids (they were kept there as policemen said to him), but in the hospital he was forbidden to see them, citing the fact that he needed permission from the CPS.

He understood - it's a great trouble, and the CPS will use this situation against him. He needed powerful support.
The only way out - loudness of the case or help from the authorities.
Since he had no time, he tried to use the 2nd variant, and he was lucky!

The local ombudsman of St.Petersburg was ready to help. Thanks to his help the children were returned back to parents!
