Who says that meditation can be only in the Lotus position and with magical Ommmm?
It's perfect without any doubt, but I mean different: if we make it to be separated from the outer world and be involved into our inner one, then some other ways also can be used.
For example, for me, natura walks are meditation as well. I choose desert places where there are no people and noise and just walk and walk and walk.... I listen to nature sounds, I breath and smell, and keep silence....It gives so much harmony!

Now it's spring and we can add one more bonus - nature flower beauty (though any season has something to stare at).
I never looked at them like I look at them now, and it makes me feel so special... Maybe I've become wiser;)
