### Parental Public Resistance (РВС) - that is the organisation that has saved one more family from the CPS in Moscow.

If only the mother didn't leave her baby that day, if only the grandma didn't go out, if only thet knew what the hell were waiting for them when the CPS came to their door...

**Anna Shueva** was a young mother, who grew up her 9-months (!!) baby with her mom only. 

That day she had to go to get info about the medical college where she was going to study.
Her mom had to go to work for some hours.

But they had friends-neighbours, who knew the baby very well, who were loved by the baby himself because they spent much time together.
So the family didn't see any problem if their friends became nurses for 2 hours.

**An anwful coincidence!**

At that very moment CPS and police carried out the next raid on the apartments of persons who were under their attention. That family wasn't one of them, but they came to their door...

Why? For what?? 
Who called them? Who informed that the Mom and the Grandma were out?? 
Open questions..
But they definetely knew where they were going and for what.

They started to ring the door bell. The friends of the family didn't want to open the door, when they saw who came to them..
The bell awoke the baby and the dog. The dog started to bakr loudly. The baby was crying...

And the CPS broke the door because **"there was a threat to a baby's life"**.

When the police and CPS broke into the flat, they tried to catch the baby at once. The friends tried to stop them and saved the boy! There was a real fight for the baby there!!

The police and CPS had an argument that the baby had been left with "unknown people". The friends called to the Granda at once, and she explained them everything, she begged not to touch the boy because she would be at home in 5 (!!!) minutes!!

But CPS had their goal, and they ha to complete their mission...

The friends were caught and beaten by the police. Then they took them to the police statio, blaming them in resistance to police actions.

The grandma really came home in 5 min! But it was too late...
She came to the police at once but she was said she iwas nobody to the baby, his life was in danger, and it's better to leave him in the orphanage.

**A baby was't given to the native grandma!**
But when the mother came back, the reply was the same.

**A baby wasn't given back even to the native mother! A 9-month old baby**!!

**Thanks heaven, the family found support and protection in Parental Public Resistance movement. Their lawers and activists could prove CPS had no right to keep the baby in the orphanage**.

When the baby was taken away, he was absolutely healthy, and the doctors approved it. 

When he was given back to the mother, he was already sick, and he came not to home with his Mommy, but to the hospital...

### Was anyone punished for this outrage?

No!

**Moreover, the mother was put under the control of the Commission of minors, and she was under their review during 1 year**. 

She was blamed in:

 - too small flat
 - the presence of climbing ropes in the flat (young grandmother was a speleologist-rescuer, she worked in the field of industrial mountaineering)
 - the presence of a big dog in the house

Total absurd!
