- April showers bring May flowers, so now is your opportunity to capture these moments. Always keep your DSLR cameras covered and bring along extra towels. Leave the shutter open longer to capture falling rain. Take pictures of rain hitting lakes, rivers, and puddles. Also enjoy the landscape immediately after the rain has stopped.
