<div class="text-justify"> >Come on HIVE... *Do something.* Me saying that should be enough to spur on a rally that takes Hive up toward the one dollar mark, right? I mean, I really, really, *really* want it to happen, so perhaps if enough of us wish hard enough, it will! A dollar is the floor price btw - five dollars would be better. > Ten? --- --- Anyone having a birthday and blowing out candles? Maybe lost an eyelash? put shoes on the wrong feet? That last one I am not sure about, but I heard it when I was a kid and remember thinking - an idiot who can't put their shoes on, shouldn't be granted a wish. But whatever, if it works, I'll take it. > Would you? I can't be the only one who fantasises about the price of HIVE going up so far that it wipes away all the debt, money issues, or need for a job. Am I the only one? > OK. I don't need a crazy life of fast cars, mansions and private jets - I just want a cosy little life, where I can choose to potter around the house and in the garden. Yeah, I would likely upgrade my car, since it is having a few mechanical niggles creeping in now, but the majority of my spending would likely go on things for my house, renovating the basement, building a patio, buying a nice range of tools and spending time learning how to use them well. > And of course, looking after my family. Again, nothing glamorous, but a life where they don't have to worry about money. They have had to deal with enough in the last ten years without having to have money issues on top of it. And yeah, dealing with shit in life helps build resilience and understanding - but it would be nice if there was a limit somewhere, so there was a period of respite in some areas at least. I would love to see them happily on a patio, playing cards while waiting for the food to come off the grill - talking about hobbies and laughing. Just a good life. > How much do I need for that in Finland? *More than I have.* If it was lumpsum to last the rest of life, it would be somewhere around three million I suspect, which pays off the mortgage and then into investments to live off into retirement. Two and a half if my wife wants to keep working and, Two million if I was able to find a job as well. Debt-free with a decent income would make a world of difference in our lives - as I am sure it would in the majority of people's lives in the world. But, how many will ever realise that position? Bar winning the lottery, how many are really giving themselves a chance? I reckon most of us are just drifting through, doing what we have always done, not taking chances, playing it safe in what we know, and protecting ourselves from loss. Loss of income, loss of face - *loss of opportunity?* They say that "fortune favours the bold", but if that was true, wouldn't we all be bold? But then, if everyone is bold, who can fortune choose to favour? I feel I haven't been bold enough in my life, and it has cost me. My reserved personality isn't much suited for the current culture, and I have spent too much time waiting for something to happen, without even having a ticket in the lottery. > I have a ticket now. Just need the numbers to come up.
