Anyone annoyed by all of the 0.001 memo spam sent by bidbots and resteem services?

Here's an idea. Make the *wallet transfer in limit* an optional setting. At 0.001 (bare minimum for Steem), they are able to send 1000 memos for 1 SBD. That is crazy as there are only about 60,000 active users on the platform. If the limit was increased to say 0.02, that would mean to get the same reach, it is going to cost them 20 SBD. But, some people might not want that so, make it an optional setting. This will also stop a lot of the memo spam that the larger accounts get from people wanting this or that. Perhaps there could be a maximum limit of 1 SBD.

On top of this, if an account transfers and it is below the set threshold, it could be either kicked back to the account with a memo stating the threshold or, perhaps even burned. People would be much more careful sending memos if the price was higher *and* there was a risk of burning. 

If someone I know is actually targeting me directly, they could come to my wallet, see the threshold and then send the memo appropriately. If they *really* needed to get a message to me in this way, they could then use the upper 1 SBD limit to ensure it. For me, memo spam is one of the worst kinds because I can't even flag it as such and with such a low cost, there is nothing stopping them from spamming almost daily. 

This might push more of their spam onto the posts but, at least there they are able to be flagged and muted. In the real world, there is a cost to sending junk mail and the email spam is mostly filtered. My wallet, although public, is still mine and there should be some option to filter what comes into it. It would be a small tweak to the UI but, it might kill some of the spam from the resteem services and make them actually work for their clientele.  

Or, how about a flag option on wallet transfers that only affects Rep and if under a certain rep, they can't send memos anymore?
