Looks like Justin doesn't mind a bit of SPAM, cutting the delegation to @steemcleaners, @spaminator and @mack-bot. But that is not all, as pretty much every appplication that got a delegation from Steemit Inc has lost pretty much everything - but @justyy did well out of the deal.

This is going to make things interesting in the ecosystem as besides there being only the community to combat spam now, quite a few of the applications that were mainly attractive because of the delegation they could use to reward their userbase, have next to no value left to offer.

By the way, that will activate 30% of the active staked Steem (Binance and Huobi aren't voting on content), which means that everyone else's effective power will drive respectively. 

I hope you are ready to tell Justin exactly what he wants to hear so he can throw you scraps from his table. I know of at least one community that will be in line as they hated downvotes so much that they have held the entire community to ransom - and it looks like Justin is willing to pay the price.
