Desde nuestro punto de vista, la originalidad no viene dada solo por lo que se tatúa, sino también otros factores como lo son el estilo, la tinta, la zona en la que se realiza el tatuaje y finalmente el toque personal de cada tatuador, ya que aunque sea la misma persona quien haga dos o más diseños iguales, siempre habrán factores que los haga destacar como únicos.

Un aspecto del que se habla poco cuando surge esta pregunta, es la diferencia que representa el tipo de piel de la persona que se hace el tatuaje, ya que no es igual trabajar sobre una piel joven a una piel de alguien mayor (porque si, hay personas de la tercera edad que se tatúan) o hacer un diseño en una piel seca o grasa.

Inclusive, la mayoría de los tatuadores, sino es que todos, tienen una especie de código secreto, que los lleva a evitar hacer el mismo tatuaje, y aunque los clientes así lo soliciten, de alguna manera logran darle algún aspecto que los haga únicos, así como en la vida, ninguna persona, es igual a otra, así se trate de mellizos.
