### A step forward in strategy is worth a hundred steps forward in management.


"When starting a business, it is much easier to increase 10-fold than 10 percent."

Why? When you want to grow by 10%, you want to get natural growth on the original path. The logic remains unchanged and the bloody battle is not easy.

However, if you want to achieve a 10-fold increase, it is not on the original road. You have to find a new road itself.

### Never attack each other's motives.


I once told the team that there is an "advanced" ability. I don't know if you have studied it before.

For example, there is a person who is guiding "behavior" with "malice", which is not good for you. What do you do?

To confront each other face to face? Why did you hurt me? Did you do it on purpose? Still, denying it? I have proof!

Is this ok? Sure。 But this is a "low-level" approach.

This may stop and stop his harm to you, but since then you have one more enemy.

No one thinks he is a bad person, even if what he does is bad, he must have found a good reason for himself.

When you expose him, he must start from his inner cognitive coordination and regard you as a bad person.

In this way, he can sleep. This kind of "bad people bear grudges" story has been made into numerous movies.

"Advanced" people will not do this. Senior people know that I can never attack your motives.

Once you attack, even if you win, you set off a time bomb.

Senior people will communicate like this: I notice what you have done recently and what you have done (behavior). I know that you are for good intentions (motivation). I can see that you are still hiding it from me. I am very grateful. Thank you.

Although this kindness did not really work and even had some bad influence on me, I am still very grateful.

If you can do that, it will be even better. But anyway, thank you.

Insist on, insist on, the other party will think, oneself do this thing, is out of goodwill, oneself is a good man (this is the key).

Then, for the same reason of cognitive coordination, he will modify his behavior to make what he does conform to the motivation of goodwill.

In this way, he can sleep. This is the advanced practice.

If you say that the other party is a bad person, the other party will become a bad person.
