# Fritters with courgettes and potatoes

## Ingredients
<br>
*   1 medium courgette;
*   2 large potatoes;
*   1 onion;
*   1-2 cloves of garlic;
*   ½ a bunch of parsley;
*   1 egg;
*   3-5 tablespoons of flour;
*   ground black pepper - to taste;
*   salt - to taste.
<br>
## Preparation
<br>
Mix the grated zucchini and potatoes, finely chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped parsley. Add the egg, flour and pepper and mix well. Salt the finished dough and mix again.
