# Salad of fresh cabbage, broccoli, cucumbers and grapes

## Ingredients
<br>
*    1 avocado;
*    1 large bacon head;
*    ¼ average head of cabbage;
*    ¼ average head of broccoli;
*    150 g of grapes;
*    juice of 1 lemon;
*    1-2 tablespoons of olive oil;
*    salt - to taste;
*    ground black pepper - to taste.

## Preparation
<br>
Peel the avocado and cut it in half. One halved and bacon slice thin slices. Grind the cabbage and disassemble the broccoli on the inflorescences. Put the ingredients in a bowl and add the whole grapes.

Pound the second half of the avocado with a fork and combine with lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
