We sort of just winged it and hoped the grass would grow slowly and cover the open patches!_ _Look at me saying it was open patches! I mean we had patches of grass!_ _We quickly realized that it would take quite some time for the grass to cover all the open ground._  ----------------- _So in that moments notice and rush we decided to stop next to the road where they were selling grass and buy a whole bunch of rolls._ _After getting the grass we decided to get some compost as well and make sure that the grass indeeds grows! I mean no use going through all that effort and it just dies on us right? We also got some grass food named "Kaan" not sure what exactly it's called in english!_ _I wasn't exactly fond of stacking the rear end of my car full of that stuff but I had no choice really..._  --------------- https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://images.hive.blog/DQmfDaSmTz3y8oavngRrr5mmVhrTXheYoEU4qhGUS7pq3xh/Hive.Divider.png **_Well That Took Some Effort!_** _Damn this was a grafting and a grinding to get this to the point it is now and I haven't even begun placing the grass!_ _No doubt the hard work will pay off, maybe not today but in due time it will!_  ---------------- https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://images.hive.blog/DQmfDaSmTz3y8oavngRrr5mmVhrTXheYoEU4qhGUS7pq3xh/Hive.Divider.png **_The Realization!_** _We quickly realized that we might not have gotten enough grass, a simple mistake._ _So the next day we went out to get some more, the grass we got the second time around looked much much better than the first batch. It was bought at a different place but no worries once it's starting to set in the ground it will quickly restore to a good condition._ _Just have to keep watering it!_  ------------- _Before we sprung into action with the rest of the grass laying I decided to grill us up some good meat!_ _After that it's back to grinding!_  ---------- https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://images.hive.blog/DQmfDaSmTz3y8oavngRrr5mmVhrTXheYoEU4qhGUS7pq3xh/Hive.Divider.png **_All Set And Done!_** _It looks a little rough at the edges but that will sort it self out as the grass sets in and I think the main thing is that we need to give it a lot of love still!_ _It will also require some adding of dirt at some low spots, which I did plan for anyways so it's not the biggest deal to say the least!_ _Now it's to start cleaning up everything and wet it properly for the next few days to come!_  ---------- _This was done quite some time ago, about 6 weeks maybe even more. Now I don't have a current photo of how it looks now, but I can say the grass really set in nicely! But by the time we get back home we will have to cut it again!
