_Home._



_What does it really mean?_

I think it can be a tricky question for most people to answer, of course off the bat most would say well home is home, after all you would know best where home is for you, wont you?

Well I've got some mixed feelings about these things, yeah it's nice being back home it really is, but what would have been nicer if home was in a different place, but then again once home is "there" would you want home to change again once you've got it.

I spoke to the _Betty_ a while back and asked her that if she grew up next to the seaside, if she would have the same love and urge to go back there every time? I mean think about it, if you grow up with that scenery would you still see it? Do most people living by the seaside actually notice the sea? I don't mean staring at it blankly, but where you can gaze and almost tear up at the beauty of it all?

_Would you? Would you really?_

After all it's only a different environment in which you grow up, perhaps just a little bit bluer than most. The same goes for someone living in the shadow of a enormous mountain on which they can bestow their eyes upon everyday. Chances are slim. 

Most people don't see the beauty around them anymore. I feel this is because where ever home is, is the rush too.

I mean come on, we've all got a job to do and unfortunately that takes up most of our time, I won't say that I really work myself to death, I've got lots of free time on my hands it just feels shorter I suppose. We all know that time flies while having fun. But once you hit that rushed life where you have to meet deadlines and have too much responsibility for your own good you tend to skip out on the joyous moments in life.

Like that beautiful sunset between the buildings because the anger of road rage has taken you over. I sometimes feel that people take everything for granted, I mean come on, you woke up this morning isn't that an achievement in it's own little way?



_I once heard a saying "Focus on the step and not the staircase. And it makes so much more sense to me today than it did 5 years ago, and now I live by it!_


Never make the mistake of looking at the heap of troubles just growing more and more, but rather take it as they come. Take stress for an example, yeah okay I know it's hard not to stress because it's something you normally don't have control over, but stressing over a situation isn't worth it your just wasting valuable time in which you could have made a change, stressing won't make it any better but it can make it worse!
