Thanks :) i don't use much presets i really edit them bit by bit and slide all the values until i'm happy with the results. 

The app is called Pixlr from Autodesk very nice tool and will keep your pictures in original size or select to save them in half resolution . etc

Its not one of those apps with only "all or nothing effects", your really can control a lot of things and it basically can do Photoshop essentials in a basic way and easy to use on a mobile phone.
