An indicative dog is a specially trained animal that can help blind and visually impaired people go out and avoid obstacles. As a guide for dogs, people have been used for several hundred years.  In the presented photos the dog was trapped in the turnstile, and she was in shock. After a few minutes she calmed down and continued to walkwith the blind.
