Over the years, platforms like Coinmarket Cap have been proven to be so useful to anyone who needed to have a quick and detailed information on any crypto project of interest. But since I've restricted myself to a couple projects, I do visit Coinmarket Cap occasionally when I hear of a new project to see at first glance is the project is worth investing in.

However, one of the key tools on Coinmarket Cap that does have an effect on my decision to invest in a particular crypto is the amount of people who have the crypto on their watchlist. After checking out other important information like the supply, price, background of developers, and sometime the roadmap of the project, the watchlist plays a role in my decision to invest in the project like this:

When a project has very little number on the watchlist( less than 1000), It gives the idea that thr project is fresh and has gotten massive attention yet. If every other thing looks great and the watchlist is low, then the project may just be a timebomb getting ready to explode. But this has only one flaw, that the number of holders aren't much and there could be a rug pull. Hence, the necessity to do a background check on the developers or people behind the project.

Also, a project which fulfils all my requirements a large number of people watching it (over 40,000) and its price hasn't quite yet exploded, is about to go nuts. I gives the idea the project is underated and there's a growing interest in the project. $Hive is one of those projects with over 45,000 people watching it, and this is a good sign. The next bull market would most definitely drive thr price of Hive crazy and so many people are gonna be watching this happen. Hopefully they're a part of the ecosystem already.
