Hey Y'all, since I'm the new kid on this block I'm gonna kick things off with a little introduction

My name is Emily, observer by nature here to experiment & experience, but aren't we all? So I guess I'm an Artist. When one spends so much time soaking up all there is to take in one also needs an outlet to spill it all back into. For me art has always been about my need to express, nothing more nothing less. Its a mirror we can hold to ourselves and those around us, exposing the truths that lay deep within.
 

I don’t want to be a message
I don’t want to be a character

I am a fragment
A glimpse of a mind
A vision
Whatever that means 

I am of a place
Where my soul can rest 

A place I have yet to find exists
The same place I seek in the mountains & long for in an office buildings florescent lights.. 

To all those watching from afar, Id like to give a shout out to my beloved [@duanesworld] for introducing me to this growing community & just generally inspiring the best in me everyday.
