Day 2 Of 14 Day Challenge
Let me start off by saying : Through GOD All Things Are Possible." Thursday dinner is simple honey, garlic, lime and cilantro salmon, broccoli and rice . I season both side of the salmon with salt and pepper,  place foil in dish tray, spray with olive oil. In cup, I mixed 1 stick of melted butter, juice from 2 limes,  5 tbsp of honey, 1/3rd cup of chopped cilantro and 3 tbsp of minced garlic, after juicing the 2 limes, I sluced then thin and placed on foil, then I placed 6 salmons on top, then pour muxer on top, closed the foul over salmon, baed for 20 minutes, then broil for 10 minutes. I am determined not to eat anything fried or greasy for two weeks, this dish serves six, and I was able to split my dish in two, that way my dinner will be ready for tomorrow.
