It's been a very busy week and a few very tiring days.No matter how tiring it is, we have to make sacrifices for our loved ones. We have to forget about this hard work for a while. So on my busy days, I usually think of a dish that I like to eat a little or a dish that I can make quickly. So I thought I would make a different dish with omelet today. This is very delicious. So let's see how to make it.**    **Ingredients;** * Two eggs * A teaspoon of salt powder * A teaspoon of chilli pieces * A teaspoon of pepper powder * Half chopped b onion * Two chopped green chilies * Chopped a capsicum pod * Half a ripe tomato, chopped * A few chopped curry leaves  * Two tablespoons of plain flour * Three tablespoons of water * 75ml of oil * 20g of breadcrumbs  **The method of making;** **First, add the two eggs to the bowl.**   **Then add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum with curry leaves and green chillies.**     **Afterthat add salt powder, pepper powder and chili pieces to it.**  **Mix all this well.**   **Now add a tablespoon of oil to the pan and add this egg mixture.**  **Cook this omelette over low heat with a lid on. It will take about four minutes for one side to turn golden brown.**    **Now let it cool down and cut it into six equal parts.**   **Now let's make the batter. To do this, add two tablespoons of plain flour to a bowl, a pinch of salt, and three tablespoons of water to make a thin batter.**       **Dip each piece of omelette, cut as shown in the image, into this liquid mixture and then coat in the batter.**       **Now place a deep frying pan on the stove, add oil to it, and when the oil is hot, reduce the heat and fry for two minutes on each side until golden brown.**     **We all love to eat omelets. We also love to make omelets. Because it is a very easy, convenient, and nutritious food. Like you, who are really busy, you usually think about nutrition and think of it as a simple food. For you, an omelet is a dish that can be made very quickly. So even this omelet can be made in different flavors and with different variations.
