### Hello lions of the Den

It is Sunday and I have been doing some Hiving for the last hour. When I say Hiving, what I actually mean is that I have been #threading and then engaging with my [Leo Finance]() [post](https://leofinance.io/@tengolotodo.leo/chasing-my-ssc-goals-and-i-need-a-kuta) from yesterday.

I mentioned that I was threading, so apart from scrolling down and voting on threads and making comments on threads on all sorts of topics, I posted a thread.

I mean if you love coffee, you love coffee and the first thing I will do when I get on Hive is to have a coffee. It does not matter where I am, coffee goes with Hiving.

### Mythbusted ... Threads are not just for Leo and finance stuff!!!

I have been on twitter since 2011 and let me tell you that I often get far more engagement on my threads than I do on my tweets!

**Did you see the rewards of 0.84 LEO?** 
So a wee one minute thread of me posting a pic of my coffee almost got as much rewards as a post that took me quite some while to write!

It does make me wonder what is the point of spending so much time researching, writing and engaging with a long form content post in Leo Finance. The whales will still monopolize the rewards anyway.

### Leo Threads is different.

Many of the LEO whales do not use threads!
So much for them supporting the leo ecosystem.
Good news is that it means more rewards for us little cubs ... Of course with those rewards we can stake them or put them towards lpud!

**Engaging on a thread rewarded me with almost four times what I was rewarded with on my post from yesterday!**
