Like ever before so have we got many minor challenges(In most cases excuses) for not doing a thing to change something in our countries.
In almost many ways we have had a shortage of money for our government here in Uganda which has arguibly limited the implementation of many useful things in our country.
It took us very many years to discover oil in some parts of our country and still it took us more years to start mining oil.

 Of which this oil needed oil refineries which were said to be so expensive.
This has been, and still the one serious issue here in africa,
The need to raise and support an important project always needs money that is most of the times not available.

When i first joined steemit, i needed no investment apart from my time, and the phone i had was almost enough for me to even learn more about blockchain altogether.

After along time we seem to find something that doesn't need too many years to perfect like the army, political stability, infrastructures.

The implementation of blockchain can be done without major upgrades in the infrastructures of any country in Africa.
Blockchain can be utilized in africa even when the infrastructures and major tools used to run it effectively are not located in africa itself.
All what we need in most cases is access to the internet. And it's not hard to access internet in africa.

A mobile phone and a data service.
The blockchain system can run from anywhere in the world and still be used by many across all continents, africa inclusive.

The transparency of blockchain doesn't need political or government regulation, any change to any of that is uncalled for.

The end to end encryption and the over all authentication is enough for everyone's security given the standard citizenship security in each of these countries.
Blockchain is not prone to the corrupt financial systems which can hinder transparency and financial rights.
So verifications which require personal documents, location, property deeds, are all catered for maximumly with a fine tuned system.
I think that's a great thing.

There is a reason one should allow such a system build up in their country.
I second the blockchain endeavors in Africa.
