Every morning I wake up, I open the blinds to let the sun shine on my face, I drink 2 coffees and take a cold bath, as soon as I’m dressed I’m ready to begin the day.
Now, in a normal day I would go to classes, but right now I’m on vacations so I can dedicate all my time to what I love, fitness and steemit, since I workout in the evening as soon as I get dressed I open up my laptop and start answering comments, and reading some posts, making some friends and life is great, BUT THEN THE BANDWIDTH NIGHTMARE BEGINS.

Every day I run out of bandwidth around 14:00, I go from 1mb to around 100kb, and even though I’m not posting, commenting or doing any actions on steemit my bandwidth is always negative.

#### What is bandwidth and how it works?

Well, from what I’ve read on some steemit posts about bandwidth I’ll try to explain it in a very simple way.
Imagine a river, that river has always the same amount of water going through it, and each time you want to do anything on steemit you have to drink a portion of that river, now depending on the amount of SP you have you can drink more or less water, so whales(people with lots of SP) can drink lots of water and are top priority, while minnows( people with less SP) can drink less water and are less of a priority. When there are only 1 or 2 whales and a couple of minnows the amount of water is enough for everyone, everything is ok, there is plenty for everyone, but when the river gets full of minnows, whales and dolphins trying to drink that water there is less for everyone, remember the water flowing through the river is always the same amount.

So everyday the river gets full of people at around 14:00pm GMT, everyone is trying to drink from it, I searched around google and guess what? It’s the time when the USA wakes up, you Americans!

#### What did I do?

Well a quitter would be angry as hell, screaming at the world, shouting from the rooftop something like “MOM, THE BIG WHALES DON’T LET ME PLAY WITH THEM” OR “SCREW YOU GUYS, I’M GOING HOME”-Eric Cartman, he would turn off his laptop, and go play videogames saying that steemit is stupid and that it had no future, well I’M NO QUITTER!

I’m no quitter, my dad and mom didn’t raise a quitter and I’m not about to become one, my first thought was to buy some SP, but when I started this steemit journey I told myself that I wasn’t going to put any money in this, and that I wouldn’t use bots to upvote myself, I want to be recognized for my own work, my own content, and my own bad writing skills, and so you know what I did? Well here is a photo:

Yes, that’s right, right now I have about 27 comments ready to be posted, all of them are original, funny, and add something to the post, none of them are spam, I always read the post before commenting, I’m just waiting for all of this people to leave “the river” so I get some bandwidth and start posting, I also took the time to write this awesome post that you are reading.
So as you can see I worked around the problem, and found a fix for it, I advise anyone that is new to steemit and that is always running out of bandwidth to do the same, the river might be full of people at the moment, but sooner or later they will leave, and then we can drink tons and tons of water from the river.
By the time I could actually post this I had already written another 5 comments.

If you made it this far into the post thank you for reading it, and remember, DON'T BE A QUITTER!
