One complaint that some vested accounts had about the block-chain was the unfair distribution of the rewards pool to the bots.  The arrival of HF 20 has enabled the community to more fairly distribute the rewards pool.

Think about responsible bot usage now that we have HF 20, only use bots that allow a pre-15 minute vote.  The bots were centralizing the voting Steem power via large curation rewards.  We now have the option of having some of their curation rewards burnt back to the rewards pool.  **This is HUGE!**

This is also a call to bot owners to be more ethical and less greedy.
