This token is ERC20 compliant and the main target of this API includes business organizations, individuals, and DApps. The market that this coin is targeting has several large competetors, but Casper makes an arguement that they have the superior API and make comparisons below to help support that arguement:

<h2>Whitepaper</h2>
The white paper for this project is relatively long and complex, being over 65 pages in length. In it, the developers explain the organizations goals and technology quite well. Topics covered in the white paper include blockchain selection, details of API interaction, and various usage examples from different types of stakeholders. Additionally, transparent info such as marketing plans, financial models used, and market research techniques are discussed.

<h2>Roadmap</h2>
A key factor in judging the roadmap is to see if the team meets roadmap deadlines, which seems to be the case. An outline of the roadmap can be seen below.

<h2>Team Members</h2>
The core of the development team includes 8 individuals, several coming from Russia, a few from China, and several from Europe and America. The found has previous experience as Head of Expert Council on Digital Economy and blockchain for the Russian government. 

<h2>Token Sale</h2>
Casper Tokens go on sale on the 30th of June, and will be on sale until the 30th of July. There are a total of 440 million tokens. Token distribution is as follows: 54.2% is for the pre-sale, 4.5% is for the ICO, 8.1% is for the system fund, 10.8% is for major investor bonuses, 15% is for the team. The rest is allocated to advisers as well as the bounty and referral program.
