Will bitcoin's value go up, up, up because of the scarcity of bitcoin?

Okay, I think we've all heard the news that 80% of all of the bitcoin that will ever be in existence has been mined. We may or may not know that nearly 20% of bitcoin are (LOST). Well, not really lost, they are still there . . . they just can't be accessed because people who bought bitcoin previously when it was worth pennies have lost the KEY to the bitcoin and so they can not be accessed ever again (for now, I'm sure someone is going to come up with SOMETHING).

So now that mining bitcoin is almost an herculean feat. And we are getting to the threshold of "why ain't making any more of this". Does that mean that bitcoin is going to go up crazy in value?

Like, will we be talking the value of "Satoshis" and "Finney" instead of bitcoin? Instead of saying . . . Bitcoin is worth $100,000, will be say Satoshi is worth $1US or $10US etc. ? Do you think it will get that crazy high in value?

Please give me your thoughts on this.
