Step II: 

After you sold your HIVE, send your BTC to Binance and buy your HIVE back at a lower price. The price is 6600.
The only thing is that you can't send or receive HIVE from Binance at the moment, but when the prices will sync, they will allow you to send your HIVE. 
So if you sell at 9000 and you buy it back at 6600 you will make a lot more HIVE for your account! You can make a profit of at least 30% or even more.
