Made from young coconut fruit (Buko), shredded from the shell with condensed milk, eveporated milk and all purpose cream. Green Gelatine with fresh extracted Panda flavor from the leaves. Mixed all together and cool in the fridge, and ready to service as a dessert after meal or it can be a snacks. But what makes it special is by putting Tapioca Pearls and Vanilla ice cream with roasted rice flakes on top.<br> <br> Its is very easy to prepare and since coconut is very popular in the Philippines, this dessert is also popular in all occassions, specially during birthday, fiestas, party, Christmas, etc etc. As in all occassion and for daily meal.<br> <br> The taste was superb, cold and creamy and all the flavors complements each other. In Cape Town, the Cape Malay style donut is reffered to as a koeksister while the one I'm reffering to is an Afrikaaner Koeksister. So when someone says they have some and you rock up and its not the one you expected you're going to be annoyed. Secondly not everyone makes it as it should be and it can be overly sweet but when done just right it really is deep fried heaven. It's basically made of fried dough infused in syrup or honey and will have you high on life after one bite. <br /> <br /> <center><h3>Congratulations to all winners!</h3></center> <br /> I would also like to thank the other members of the FOODspedition for their entries.
