Welcome Steem-Monsters players :) After hosting two fun tournaments with special rulesets last week, I have decided to host those two  __SILVER-League, Double Elimination tournaments with a prizepool of 100 STEEM each__ in the next werk again. This is mainly made possible by @aggroed, who has decided to sponsor 200 Steem from @steemmonsters again. I hope we will all together do the best to have fun tournaments with that money :)

## <center>Special Rules!</center>

Watch out! The tournaments will be __with special rules__ again! In order to bring in some more deck building skills, each of the two tournaments has a unique restriction of cards not being allowed to be used in battle:

__Monster Monday:__ No Monster cards with a cost of 3 or less mana are allowed! Additionally, the 2-mana summoners are not allowed! *So it is time to leave the little boys at home and get the big guys out on the battlefield*!

__Tiny Tuesday:__ No Monster cards with a cost of 5 or more mana are allowed! Additionally, the 4-mana summoners are not allowed! *When the big guys used the day before need some rest, it is the time for the smaller ones to step up an show off their skills*!

__If one of the players doesn't follow those rules, his opponent automatically wins the game (not the whole match!)!__ If both players don't follow the rules, replay the game!

<center>__How do I join?__</center>
In order to join  the tournaments, you will need to register via the above link on challonge.com. __Additionally, you will need to check in there in the last 15 minutes before the tournaments start__, so that the system sees that you are there and won't miss your games.

<center>__The tournaments:__</center>
The tournaments will be played in __Single-Elimination-Format using a Best-of-Three-Mode__, meaning that __you are  out of the tournament after your first match loss!__ The only expection to this are the half-finals, where the loosers will have to fight each other for the third place spot.

You can find your matches looking at the tournament-tree on Challonge ([Monster Monday](https://challonge.com/de/monstermonday_silver), [Tiny Tuesday](https://challonge.com/de/tinytuesday_silver)). In each match, __the player from the lower bracket is responsible to challenge his opponent__ using the "Challenge"-function of [SteemMonsters](https://steemmonsters.com?ref=taug).

The winner of the Best-of-3 Match than declares the winner on Challonge. I hope that everybody will read and understand the special rules. Last week this worked out quite well, I hope we will stick to that.
Other than that I just wish there will be two fun tournaments again - May the best players win :)
