Measuring appropriate amounts is beneficial but there are occasions that a cat may seem to be overweight despite the correct diet being provided. This may indicate that the activity levels of the cat in question may need review as exercise plays a huge part in energy expenditure and long term growth and health. Allowing a cat to run around a room or house is sometimes seen as sufficient exercise but this in most cases is not the case at all. A cat who is seen to wonder around the home at a leisurely pace will often not exert enough energy during its daily activities. In order to emulate the obstacles and stimulation of outdoors it is worth engaging with a cat on a daily basis. Providing safe and interactive play sessions will help serve as a bonding tool as well as regular exercise for the cat. https://i.ibb.co/V3S58YQ/D503982-F-239-B-4540-B9-FD-541605-A2-A434.jpg
