Advice blog for lazy people. I give tips based on personal experience with people that surrounded me.
Before we dive into the main topic, I would like to tell you what I do for a living : I am a Blockchain/Front-end Developer and currently on my third year of a Computer Science degree. Before that, I had a background in Law and Economics. I am in a happy relationship for 4 years now with a beautiful and smart woman.

Let me tell you the most important thing I learned on my way to success : people are <b>VERY</b> lazy. Chances are you're one of those people who would rather do nothing all day long, watch shows, eat pizza and party hard ( did I describe you? don't worry, over 90% of people fit the profile).

To tell you the truth, you won't achieve anything in life if that is your mindset, and it all boils down to one awful habit : staying in the comfort zone for <b> too long </b>. The world belongs to those who are willing to do things that aren't fun or quickly rewarding, and the more you will age the more you should be able to notice this.

 <b> Test your will </b>

I want you to do an exercise :

1) When you wake up, ( try to pick a free day in the week if you can ) imagine what would a very productive day look like. Picture yourself doing breakfast early, taking a shower and then deciding on an activity : looking for a job, studying a new language, going out for a jog, cook something for once, clean that 1 cm thick layer of dust in your room, etc. .

2) Once you imagined the whole day, from start to end, execute it. Try to do it the best you can. And then note down on a calendar whether your day was succesful or not.

3) If you succeed, repeat every day until you don't need to consider this an exercise and make this a habbit. You need to set yourself clear, easy goals. You'll step it up with time.

<b>Bonus tip</b> : There is a japanese method to overcome laziness called <b>"Kaizen"</b>
If you want to learn something new, or perform a difficult task, you need to setup a very easy goal and the progressively add up on workload.
Imagine you want to learn spanish but you are too lazy to sit down and read books or watch and listen to courses. This is where you tell yourself "Okay, I will study for 1 minute today". Pretty easy, isn't it? Who doesn't have 1 minute to spare? Just sit down and start learning, stop after 1 minute or, if you want, stay a little longer on the task, but never less than the time limit you set up.
Then, every day, amp up the duration of the task by one minute or so. You'll be making huge progress in no time!

I hope this will help bring some people back to life, especially those of you who suffer from depression and struggle with the heavy fatigue that takes away any will to do anything. I believe in you <3

Take care guys and girls, more advice are to follow, especially for guys as I am one too!
