Have you ever been told that you are not good enough or suitable for something?

Well last year I had gone for an interview. It was a position in recruitment, I job I had done for nearly 3 years with high praises prior to the interview.

This comes in play because at the end of the interview although the person interviewing me was impressed by my knowledge and experience as well as my maturity for such a young person. She straight out told me that because I am an introvert, even an active one I am not suitable for the job because I will need to speak to people...
