Over seven years has past by almost to the eight since I enterd the Hive Blockchain. Almost instant I seen the could be. The could be of changes to how people live. Many who were here in the crypto space before I entered. Came to the arena for change. A change from the current financial systems.

So far all crypto has played to the winning hand of existing systems. The value is still FIAT. There are entities out there seeking to have a crypto as backing for FIAT. A battle unseen until the victor announces themselves.

In any instance, the agenda is to keep control over finance.

Hive is in a unique position (that will not remain forever) to take on those powers. This fight will not happen toda tomorrow in a month or next year. This fight starts when (if) people of Hive come together to finance a system of support for the Hive blockchain.

Hive needs to be decentralised corporate.
Hive needs to bring about a Digital sovereignty.

This can be done through a Hive foundation.

Other projects out there will say they are trying to do the same thing as this. They are not doing anything like this. They are attempting to build an environment that benefits them. The ambitions of this project is to provide a demand for the Hive tokens. Those other projects will need to cash out. Or those they depend on for supplies will need to cash out at some point.

They maintain total control over their project. The project proposed, works with your consent.

## <center> What is a Hive Foundation? </center>

Why is it needed and what exactly is it?

What a Hive foundation is according to everyone else, I have yet to hear. To take from other foundations. They have a lot of financial resources they can use.
Is a Hive foundation going to be another DHF? An account people can go to and get financial resources for their project?

Do we need another DHF and if so. Where will the finance come from to support it?
Does a Hive foundation mean the removal of the DHF and then how will this finance be distributed?

The Hive foundation wold act as a central point. This does not mean a central authority.
The Hive foundation has no need to register anywhere.
The Hive foundation supports some projects/innitives/code/security, that are essential for the chains future.
The Hive foundation will also support other projects outside of the blockchain. Both profit and charitable non profit.
The Hive foundation can act as a medium for escrow.
The Hive foundation does not invest.
The Hive foundation contributes support by means of finance and other resources available for use.

Funding for the Hive foundation should not have a future reliant on finance from the blockchain.
Funding for projects to provide finance to the Hive foundation should be established through the Hive foundation.

## <center> What can a Hive foundation do? </center>

The Hive foundation can do everything. Or help provide a growing finance to assist with all things needed.
The Hive foundation is the beginning of a decentralised soveriegnty.
The Hive foundation will establish a decentralised bank.
The Hive foundation will be named as the regulator of projects funded or assisted. Projects or persons not abiding by foundation guidelines will have support removed.

The Hive foundation will have two objectives.
To bring in funding for projects.
Fund the projects that will bring in funding for projects.
The greater % of return will go to reinforce funding projects.
% will be reserved for coding.
% will be reserved for local return/rebate to community. (Physical).
% held for strategic reserve.
% held for non profit projects. (Does not include coding).
The Hive foundation will work within guidelines when supporting and funding projects.

## <center> How all this can work or the why of why it will. </center>

Big corporatiion has been asked for on the blockchain for a long time.
We must build our own big corporate.
The financial systems in place are why crypto came about.
To combat banks. Make our own.
Hive foundation will build out tentacles to all areas of daily life.
This is all expansion.

Initial debate on funding to begin and the structure should be open.
Debate on what non profit, (excluding code) can get funding.
Debate around %'s.
Debate around profit generating projects.

Who will host a show to debate what a foundation on Hive could be, should be.
