The term "new world order" refers to a hypothetical future global political and economic system in which nations and peoples collaborate more closely in order to promote peace, prosperity, and sustainability.

> This should be done by the people of nations working across borders. Bot for governments to debate and dictate or be dictated to about future changes and implementation.

The concept of a new world order has been discussed by politicians, intellectuals, and scholars for decades. Some argue that it is necessary in order to address the challenges facing the world today, including climate change, economic inequality, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

> The above does need addressing. However, without addressing the underlying cause of symptoms. A reliance on the fix is always present. Build what is needed first to support, the things you wish to change.

The blockchain also has a stable coin, HBD.

People have appeared to want change for a very long time now. People appear to want to do more for animals and the environment. Maybe some genuinely do want to do some good. However the organisations set up around all of this. Does nothing but pilfer and embezzle the funds for such projects. The same thing for those organisations Help those of earthquake. Millions will go to the top while a million goes to millions of people.

People will call all of this under a conspiracy theory. It is not.
It is more, how things can be manipulated so easy. The same company that sells you fatty goods. Sells you make up so your face can look pretty, Because your body no longer does. Then they lie and say obese is beautiful. It is not It is unhealthy.

To make a change away from what we have now. It is not something new we need. We have the ingredients and tech now. Maybe not all of the code though.

What is needed is to code as much as we can of what is already there into a finance generator. That is what we have to build. This we can do now.

No matter what you choose to change first among the long list that would be there. Finance is going to be needed. That is going to be the key factor for all of the projects that will be undertaken.

When you look at the costs of each project. With 100 projects and each costing 1 Million. That is a lot to keep asking of people.

Why not fund just one thing and let that then fund the other things. A collaborative investment from HIVE/HBD holders. A Hive based company. Not a company that joined Hive. A company that got built on Hive by the Hive members. I have thoughts on this that need refining and tuning. But the general concept is there, governance and accountability systems should not be too hard to establish.

Debt and credit bubbles, insufficient regulation, and the concentration of wealth and power in the hands of a few.

Not everything should be controlled. Some people will spend quicker than others. Some will spend wiser. Those who have the loads of HIVE now. Well they will start selling more as it becomes more advantageous over time. Having more than someone else is not a sin. Most of you regardless of where you live will have more than I, chances are.

Greater distribution comes with greater numbers of users. Use of the token does not have to be from blogging or gaming. the things we use money for monthly is the place to start. not with everyday items. Although in Dublin Ireland, you can purchase items using HBD.

The primary objective is to create a finance generator. The approximate cost is €300,000.00 for a return of €19,000 - €21,000 annually.

One unit takes an average of 15 years to replace itself. 10 units it takes 11 years to replace all units. With 15 units 1 per year and 2 in year 6/7. Returns from this venture purchase HBD until a value is reached to pursue targets.

Doing this in an organised manner. With the goals of making a change and not a fortune. Might just bring that fortune to you. In Ireland, this would cost 4.5 million at the end of the fist year. The same for many parts of the UK. The start could be done cheaper by moving to a lower income area. The same ratio's of return still apply.

Once 6 units have been solidified. A side venture into coffee shops or similar should be looked at. Supported by one of the leased properties.

On reaching 10 units. The ability to cover maintenance costs. Such as general upkeep of grounds, removal of rubbish/thrash, Inspections of property and any other obligations undertaken.

On reaching 20 units in one locality. 10% each month would get allocated to new start up or duplication to a new locality. 

At 30 units. Help back the community. The coffee shop can be integrated into this as example. By various home help projects. Supplying a coffee by delivery to those who are left indoors without much assistance.

Support of local sports and amenities. These things are quite often started by one government and then forgotten a year later.

As the projects grows. Other facilities to encourage a positive atmosphere within the area should be undertaken. Supported by so of the returns from ventures undertaken.

Books or the rights to use certain literature should be purchased. Arts and creative areas to suit. A community center that enables those in the community to do stuff.

Provide the room for a doctors office, should we be able to tempt one to use it.

People love their animals around here. I love the idea of a pet shop lol. Right next to the idea of a bar in the middle of a block called "The Corner".

In the generations to come. Doubtfully in ours. This what we begin will speak up with a powerfully backed voice. That when a train derails and then set on fire. Questions will be asked and accountability will be enforced. Before any war is undertaken. Those of the nation who will be sending troops will ask their citizen first. If or not agreement on the war.

Wherever disagreement arises. People will be able to take it the Hive chain community local or larger for consensus on a dispute. This can happen, when we create something we all have an interest in.

Governance rolls would be paid from administration costs. Total administration costs should max at 5% of return or set cap on position.

This all happens with change. The change needs to start with finance. We can do that on Hive by duplicating FIAT instead of basing our value on it. There is no reason. FIAT will not tie itself to HBD.
