Over the course of April's Inleo writing challenge, I wrote over 25 blog posts on the platform. The idea behind this challenge was to promote regular writing by employing daily prompts. By being part of this experience, I had the opportunity to get to experience the Inleo's user interface throughout the month. Being an active participant myself, I do have some insights on how well things functioned and what failed to.

Overall, Inleo's UI was very responsive when I used the platform while participating in the writing challenge. I posted daily following the instructions, and the UI was responsive and fast whether using my desktop or mobile device. Moving between pages like the Thread, long post editor, and reading other people's posts was easy. I never felt any lag, slow loading times, or other issues, even while updating or editing my published posts. It felt slick and seemed to handle a lot of activity without an issue.

The publishing interface is clean and intuitive. All the key features and buttons were well-accessible. Since I joined Inleo last December, I noticed a real improvement in the UI design. I especially loved how responsive it was to different screen sizes, regardless of whether I used my desktop, or phone, everything just adjusted automatically for a seamless experience. Responsiveness made it easy to write and read content regardless of the device, without ever having to give it any thought when switching across devices.

All of that being said, I did have one major issue. There were quite a few times where I wasn't able to upload images directly onto my blog posts on my phone. Every time I tried to upload a picture through the uploader, the loading wheel would just spin and never finish. Because of this, I had to first upload my image on imugor.com, then cut and paste the embed code onto my Inleo post. This created an extra step, which was actually frustrating compared to uploading straight within the editor.

From my experience in April, I think Inleo must work on improving the image uploader, especially the mobile editor. Fixing this should be of utmost priority because it really makes things so much more complicated for users.

If they take this suggestion into account, it would boost Inleo's already good user experience, especially for mobile users and those who create multimedia content. The interface has a lot of potential, and these small tweaks could make it even better. Overall, I would d rate the user experience a solid 4 out of 5. With ongoing updates, Inleo could become a favorite choice for Hive users looking for a reliable platform across all devices.
