Hello eveyone! In today's age we all can feel like there is never enough time in the day to take care of everything and achieve the goals you have set out for yourself. Well, with the 5 step technique I use for goal setting may give you an idea of how to be able to help you evaluate, get real with yourself, plan out your goals, keep focus, then then be able to monitor and re-evaluate and possibly reset expectations.
