The BRO token is the official token of the Man Cave Project run by @raymondspeaks.

# What is the Man Cave

I honestly don't know, to me it is a small community of men (and women) who are looking to increase their financial independence and shoot the shit in a light hearted [Discord](https://discord.gg/Nk26T8kseC).  I frequently joke around there are more women in Man Cave than the entire Internet as it isn't really limited to men only.

@raymondspeaks created the BRO Hive Engine token as a holders token to distribute dividends for different projects and investments.  Usually consisting of tribes, games, and miner tokens.

@brofund, the main account for the Man Cave holds a lot of miner tokens for popular tribes.

@brofund also manages multiple large Dcity cities that distribute a significant amount of SIM tokens to BRO holders.

@raymondspeaks distributes 70% of all the rewards to holders of the BRO token on a daily basis at 7pm EST.  There is also a @brofundfholdings account that is used to grow the project.

I joined the Man Cave discord a few months ago after it was mentioned to me a few times.  At the time BRO tokens were sold on Hive Engine for 3 Hive a piece and were about to be increased to 4 Hive.  At the time, I decided to buy a chunk of the tokens (around 1,000 or so).  BRO token has a very small distribution and only around 80K tokens to ever be created.  I requested some of the BRO tokens be burned with this deal to reduce the supply and prevent the divs to be spread too thin.

Shortly later before the price was raised to 5 Hive I picked up even more BRO tokens.  With about 6,000 BRO tokens left on the market for 5 Hive a piece I contacted @raymondspeaks and told him I would buy the rest of the tokens under certain conditions.  The main one was all tokens promised to not be distributed would be burned.  At this point I owned the majority of the tokens on the market and ensured no more tokens can be minted.

@raymondspeaks still maintained around 8,000 BRO tokens (that do not collect divs) to use for future projects with the Man Cave.  

By purchasing the entire market of BRO tokens, the Man Cave (Aka BroFund) got a large chunk of Hive to further invest in the project.  Most of these funds were directly used to increase the dividends paid out on the project.  As the dividends increased, I increased the price of the BRO tokens I was selling to the point they are now sold for 9.5 Hive each.  Many users got into BroFund at around 2 Hive and have made a very large return on their investment without factoring in any of the dividends.

I raised the price of BRO to align with the dividends paid out.

So how much is paid out?

I looked at @enforcer48's BRO holdings and analyzed his daily divs in the last 24 hours.  I used the **lowest** possible price if you decided to sell all the divs immediately and not hold or stake them, so this is the worse case scenario.

@enforcer48 owns 1,100 BRO tokens, valued at 9,900 Hive at the current price.

If he was to purchase 1,100 BRO at today's price of ~9.5 Hive he would see a return of about 20.83%/year.  The fact he got most of his tokens around 3 Hive, the return is about 3x that.

Outside of what @raymondspeaks still holds, there is no more tokens for sale that can further dilute the distribution.  All the tokens outside of his reserve are on the market and eligible for divs already.

While I am selling my tokens at 9.5 Hive right now, you can scoop some up cheaper from time to time.  As of yesterday, I was selling mine for 9 Hive.  I am holding most of the tokens to see what plays out with the new Leo Airdrop.  I put up a hundred or so tokens daily.
